The project will mitigate 90,000 tons of CO2e in 10 years, contributing to the fight against climate change. Biodiversity in the region will be protected, including wildlife species such as birds and reptiles, as well as amphibians (coastal toad, termite frog, and vermiculated tree frog) and mammals (giant long-eared and fugivorous bats, and large-eared climbing rats) that provide balance to tropical ecosystems.

Approximately 10,000 certificates will be generated to improve the quality of life of the more than 1,000 inhabitants, most of whom are indigenous. We will seek to improve housing conditions. Practices will be promoted and improved to increase productivity and sustainability, to add value to their crops and livestock and beekeeping activities. The social fabric will be strengthened through the promotion of jobs in the Ejido, as a potential to reduce the migration of its inhabitants.
